About Erin

I was born in Charlotte, N.C. I graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After graduation, I moved to Colorado to work in the field of pharmaceutical sales. A job transfer brought me to the beautiful Tampa Bay Area. I have resided in Tampa Bay for almost 20 years living in both northern Pinellas and St. Petersburg. It was a trip back to Charlotte when I met a location manager of the set of the tv show “Homeland” and was asked to assist in the location department due to my extensive knowledge of the area. I went on to work in the film and television industry working as a location manager and producer with both major and independent studios locally and in California. I have also gained experience in production design and set dressing on live television which gives my clients extra value when it comes to staging their homes. I decided to turn my focus closer to home and thought real estate would be an excellent fit. I was able to parallel my skills of location management and scouting to finding the perfect home for buyers and seamlessly selling homes for my clients.

 

As an active member of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization, I participate in networking events and many educational programs. The GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), Seller Representative Specialist, Price Strategist Advisor, Real Estate Negotiating Expert, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative are some of the nationally recognized designations and certifications I have earned. My top priority is to serve my clients with the utmost customer service, superior marketing strategies and a stress-free experience when buying or selling a home. As a realtor, I hold myself to the National Association of Realtor’s® (NAR) code of ethics. This gives my clients the most professional service. I believe in the “Two Ears One Mouth” philosophy meaning listening is key and of most importance to a positive experience when buying or selling real estate. This process is about you, the client, and what I can do for you.

 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé Andrew, daughter Ellah and son Carson. Andrew and I support both of our children's extracurricular activities which currently include Ju-Jitsu and volleyball. Community involvement is also very important to me. I like to participate in the local Sunscreen Film Festival here in St. Pete by supporting independent filmmakers. Producing films is still one of my passions and creative outlet of mine. You will catch some of Andrew and I's work on the big screen! As a member of the St. Pete Yacht Club, I get to participate in numerous clubs, serve on the entertainment committee and (currently) learning to sail! Fundraising and support for schools and local charities is also something I like to do as often as possible. I serve on the Parent Teacher Counsel  at my son's school helping plan events and working alongside the teachers for helping provide the best education for the scholars. Andrew and I both share the love of Indy Car and Formula 1 racing so, The St. Pete Grand Prix is a long-time family tradition that we attend every year. Last but certainly not least, I am a fur mom as well to my three French bulldogs, Petunia, Louis and Chapo.

 

I am passionate about St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area as it has so much to offer. As a Florida Ambassador, I welcome anyone that wants to enjoy it as much as I do!
